1- Definitions
App: Care Time, a platform for booking beauty and personal care services.
Client: A user who registers in the app or requests services.
Service Provider: A male or female salon, beauty expert, massage center, or cupping center offering services through the app.
Administration: The operator of Care Time responsible for managing and monitoring services.
2- Registration and Use
Clients can browse the app as guests, but booking a service requires account registration.
Clients must provide accurate information during registration.
Service providers can register after completing the onboarding form and receiving approval from the administration.
Administration reserves the right to reject any registration that does not meet the requirements.
3- Use of Services
Clients can book any service offered in the app and pay electronically (cards or wallet).
Clients can track the status of their bookings via the "My Orders" page.
Service providers have the right to accept or reject any request according to their availability.
Each party is responsible for the accuracy of information and quality of services provided.
4- Administration Responsibilities
Provide a secure and reliable platform for displaying services, booking, and payments.
Deduct a commission on each successful transaction from the service provider after the service is completed.
Administration is not a direct party to the service contract between the client and service provider; it acts as an electronic intermediary only.
5-Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking and paying for services.
Respect the scheduled service time.
Follow the service provider’s policies and report any issues via the app.
6- Service Provider Responsibilities
Deliver services at a high standard and according to the description listed in the app.
Manage staff and scheduling to ensure a good client experience.
Comply with the agreed commission deduction for each completed service.
7- Payment and Commission
Service fees are paid within the app, either before or after the service, according to the app’s system.
Administration retains a predetermined commission percentage on each completed service.
Administration is not responsible for the quality of services or client dissatisfaction.
8- Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel bookings according to the policies outlined in the app.
Refunds depend on the booking status (new, scheduled, in progress, completed).
Service providers may refuse cancellations outside the allowed timeframe.
9-Intellectual Property
All content in the app (texts, images, logos) is owned by the administration.
Copying or republishing any content without written permission is prohibited.
10- Legal Liability
Administration is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the app or service delivery.
Clients and service providers are fully responsible for their interactions.
11- Amendments to Terms
Administration may modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
